debian-cd software package provides Tools for building (Official) Debian CD set, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install debian-cd
debian-cd is installed in your system.
Make ensure the debian-cd package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep debian-cd *
You will get with debian-cd package name, version, architecture and description in a table
